2009 Resolution

Now its already 4th february. 11 more months till 2009 ends.. how fast time flies.. sigh.

Okie.. one of my resolution for this year is to grow big and muscular. I am skinny as you all know due to the food taken here is bad and lack of exercise. Well how do i achieve this aim? asnwer is EXERCISE!!!

well my bro wrote me a prescription for body building. Here it is. (Dont think you understand this... only i understand cause its my own family language)

Exervise to be exercised.

- Push up (WIDE/ MINI TRIANGLE)
- Chest inverted push up
- Forearm

- Shoulder lift up
- triceps curl
- Cross
- Backrow
- Triceps over head

- Sit up
- 4 side tahan core
- Steps
- Squats
- Side leg up


Well due to insufficient equiment i havent start the full routine exercise. Just to tell you guys the price. Full set of adjustable steel dumbbell cost you around RM170 (carefour price) damn thats really expensive for crappy steel with bolt and nuts.. zzz. and the gloves for dumbbell will cost you around RM50. adui.. may be you guys seen any cheaper one? any idea guys?

what i did today for starting is stairs. i climb up the stairs just now. and it is really a good exercise. For your information i'm staying in a 20 floor apartment and i'm staying in 20th floor.. hahaha.. and i counted the steps. One floor is about 23 steps and lets calculate. 20 X 23 steps = 460 steps. Wohoo...

Besides exercise, any idea how to gain weight and become big and strong?

  1. make sure u increase your intake of protein because in the process of building new muscles, your body will breakdown existing muscles to make bigger ones, but if you don't eat enough protein then your body can't make new ones but still will breakdown old ones!
    Chicken is a good sauce of protein, but avoid the fat!
